The lighting is divine. THE BEST DECORATED ROOM IS AT The Mayflower Inn in Washington, CT. THE BEST DECORATING IDEAS I'VE GOTTEN ARE FROM the Homestead Inn in Greenwich, CT - lots of bright, sophisticated fabrics. THE HOTEL THAT MOST INSPIRES ME AS A DESIGNER IS The Four Seasons in New York - just the actual scale of the first floor. TO PERSONALIZE MY ROOM I add flowers, my own robe, and a mystery book.
